NO INTENTION TO EXTEND THE ONGOING AMNESTY PERIOD

Saudi Arabia does not have any plan to extend the ongoing amnesty period (A nation without illegal expatriates) from 90 days said by Maj. Gen. Saleiman Al Yahia, Director General of Passports. Ministry Of Interior had launched this program "A nation without illegal expatriates" on March 29 with a limit of 90 days, Those who leaves Kingdom in this period will be exempt from heavy penalties more over their finger prints will not be recorded, so that they can come back to Saudi Arabia in a legal way. WHAT ALL THINGS TO DO BEFORE GOING TO EID AL FITR PRAYER

Eid-Al-Fitr will celebrate all over the world on the first day of Shawwal month, Which is just after finishing the blessed month of Ramadan. Eid Al Fitr is the reward from Allah for those who spent Ramadan in fasting and in other ibadat.




1. Before you go to the Eid Al Fitr prayer, You must pay your Zakat Ul Fitr. Its a small charity which amounts equivalent to the cost of 2 Kg flour, It is mandatory for every adult to pay his and his dependents Zakat Al Fitr.

2. Wake up early in the morning and take a bath, then perform Wudu and pray Fajr salah in mosque.




3. Wear the new dress or the best clothes you have, Use good smell perfume.

4. Eat the dates in odd numbers or eat a light sweet snack.

5. Recite Takbir "Allahu Akbar.. Allahu Akbar.. La ilaha illallah.. Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar Wa lillahil hamd" after Fajr prayer till you the Eid Al Fitr prayer, Men can recite Takbir loudly, while women should recite silently.




6. After Eid prayer, It is permissible for all Muslims to rejoice and enjoy the Eid by shaking hands, hugging and congratulating each other .

- It is also permissible to giving presents, eating , recreation, visiting relative, etc.

- Saudi Arabia's King Salman is in Makkah from last 10 days of the Ramadan month, he left to Jeddah after performing Eid Al Fitr prayer at Grand mosque in Makkah with most of the princes, ministers, scholars, sheikhs and various senior officials.

EXPAT DEPENDENT FEE TO EFFECT JULY 1ST

ITS CONFIRMED! EXPAT LEVY FEE TO EFFECT ON JULY 1ST 2017 

According to an official source in Saudi Arabia, A fee of SR 100/- per month on dependents of expatriates living in Saudi Arabia will effect from July 1st and it is going to collect at the time of iqama renewals. Trending :Expat tax on companies by 2018




As per the expat levy fee structure, From July 2018, The fee per dependent will become SR 200 per month, In July 2019 the fee will raise to SR 300 per dependent and in 2020 the fee per dependent will be SR 400. Recommend :Visit Visa fee nationality wise

- The expat levy fee is applicable for all spouses, dependents, parents, dependent children, house maids and domestic workers.

Good news for all illegal expatriates living in Saudi Arabia as The General Directorate of Passports announced the extension of campaign "Nation without illegal expatriates" for 30 more days for all nationalities starting from Eid day which was 1st Shawwal 1438 (25th June 2017). 90 DAYS AMNESTY FOR ILLEGALS TO LEAVE SAUDI ARABIA

Within few days of amnesty period in Saudi Arabia, Thousands of illegal expatriates left Kingdom and taking a sigh of relief in their homes. It is expected to reach one million illegal expatriates till July 24th in the running campaign of "Nation free of violators". Trending :Campaign is extended for one more month

Expatriates dependents fee is implemented in Saudi Arabia from Today (July 1st 2017), A fee of SR 100/- on each dependent per month till 6 months that is up to 31st December 2017, The main thing is that below 18 dependents are also included in this fee. - Most of the banks updated this new rules on their net banking sites in Government Fee or MOI Services fee or Sadad Fee, So that expats can renew their dependent iqama's on their own, Few banks still need to update in their MOI services fee on net banking sites. ISSUE EXIT RE ENTRY FOR DEPENDENTS ONLY AFTER PAYING FAMILY TAX

After the effect of dependents fee in Saudi Arabia in most of the banks from 1st July of 2017, Some expatriates try to issue exit re entry for their dependents, what they see in the result is error message, It is because you need to pay your dependent fee. PAY BEFORE ISSUING EXIT RE ENTRY

The reason behind this error message is you need to pay dependents tax for this year before you issue exit re entry to your family members. Most Viewed :Saudi Extends amnesty period for 30 days

- Exit Re Entry visa fee for 2 months is SR 200 and 100 Riyals for each additional month.




PAY BEFORE ISSUING FINAL EXIT

- Dependent fee for each person is SR 1200 till 30th June 2018, For the next year the dependent fee is SR 2400, for the other year it is SR 3600 and by the year 2020 the fee will become SR 4800.

RUMORS OF DEPENDENT FEE CANCELLATION IS ROAMING LIKE A FIRE ON INTERNET

Fake news around internet which is claiming King Salman has cancelled dependent fee with immediate effect, This is 100% rumor and there is no truth in it, do not believe such articles, The main reason for confusion is, it shows "AlRiyadh" newspaper logo on it, which seems to be edited by someone. Trending : No exit re entry till you pay dependent fee




Even AlRiyadh newspaper shocked when they see this news with their logo and they clearly said in their twitter account that this news is not true and it was not published by them, It is 100% fake and edited picture which is roaming like a fire in internet including Whatsapp and social media platforms. - Dependent fee is implemented in Saudi Arabia from 1st July, Its a part of Kingdom's vision 2030 and it will generate one billion Saudi Riyals in revenue by this year end, It is expected to reach sixty five billion Saudi Riyals by the year 2020.

DEPENDENT FEE FOR NEW BORN'S & ON PROCESSING OF FINAL EXIT VISAS

As of now everyone knows that expatriates of Saudi Arabia living with family members have to pay dependent fee in advance before the renewal of Iqama, issuance of exit re entry and final exit visa. But there were confusions how much to pay for new born's and how much if you process final exit visa now. Trending :No Exit re Entry for family till you pay dependent fee




Jawazat people cleared the confusions of expatriates, People who are processing or want to process the final exit visa's for their family members or relatives have to pay dependent fee from 1st July 2017 till the issuance of their final exit visa, It means if you process the final exit for your dependents after 2 months you have to pay the dependent fee of 2 months starting from 1st July. QATAR SOCIAL MEDIA FAKE ACCOUNTS SPREADING RUMORS ABOUT SAUDI ARABIA

Saudi minister reveals according to the study more than twenty three thousand fake social media accounts launched by Qatar to attack Saudi Arabia after the disclosure of hostile schemes by Qatari authorities, The results of the study are exciting and very important. Saud Al Qahtani, The Adviser of the Saudi Arabia's Royal court and the General Supervisor of the Center of Studies & Information Affairs tweeted in his twitter account. Related :Saudi Cut ties with Qatar

"It is interesting to note that the accounts in question use the same terms, one or more times in every six tweets, such as : Pretending to be Saudi citizen, How much are you paid, you are slaves, etc."

DEPENDENT FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE :


Once you pay the dependent fee, You will not get it back in any chances, It is non refundable, even though you process final exit after the payment of dependent fee. Recommend : No exit re entry or final exit till you pay dependent fee

DEPENDENT FEE IS EXEMPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES

Dependent Fee is exempt for the following :

1. Expatriates who are working in government sector are exempt from the dependent fee, Yes its true, we check with some employees of the public sector who have dependents, their bank shows zero amount as dependent fee, The General Directorate of Passports also confirmed that government sector expatriates are exempt from this fee. Related : Dependent fee on newborn Children




2.  If the dependent have one Saudi Citizen Parent (Mother or Father), Then for those dependents the fee is exempted.

3. A widow or the divorced woman of a Saudi Citizen. They are exempted from the dependent fee. Recommended :Companies are in action after dependent fee

4. Wife or Wives of Saudi citizens are also exempted from the family tax or dependent fee.

TRANSFER TO NEW EMPLOYER IF YOU MET ANY OF THIS CASES

The Ministry of Labor and Social Development announced that a worker can transfer his sponsorship to another employer, If he met any of the below conditions or  if he proves his current employer delayed his salary for 3 months continuously without any reason. Labor and Social Development Minister Dr. Ali Bin Nasser Ghafis had issued a ministerial decision to approve the sponsorship transfers of domestic workers if they met in any of these below cases. Related :Procedure to Transfer Car ownership

1. If the Salary of the employee or domestic worker is delayed for 3 months continuously with out any proper or valid reason.

2. If the employer or his representative not received a domestic worker from the port of Arrival, then also domestic workers can able to transfer their sponsorship to the new employer.




3. If the employer not received his domestic worker from the accommodation within 15 days from the date of arrival into the Kingdom.

4. In case of failure of the employer to take out to the establishment or work place of a worker. Similar :Iqama transfer conditions

5. If the employer fails to Issue a work permit or renewal of license to employee or worker even after the 30 days of the expiration date.

6. If the employer is allowing worker to work for another employer with out the knowledge of the worker.




7. Assigning domestic worker to work for the non relatives of the employer or to the second degree relatives, this violation also lets domestic worker to transfer his service to new employer.

8. If the worker was assigned to do dangerous work, where his health, life or the safety of body is threaten, Then the worker can leave the employer without his approval.

9. If the worker has evidence of ill treatment by the employer or his family members. Similar : Check criminal report on Iqama

10. If the complaint is received from the worker against the employer and cause the employer to prolong its consideration.




11. In case of employer filed an incorrect complaint of 'absent from work' against the domestic worker, then he will get a right to leave the current kafeel.

13. In case of employer is absent either out of country or imprisonment or death or any other reason and the salary is not received for the last 3 months.




As per the resolution, New employer may allowed the worker to work in probation before the transfer of its services, this period should not exceed 15 days, after getting a notice of transfer, new employer have to pay all the transfer service fee and bear the costs of shelter for worker in government accommodation which costs 150 Riyal per day.
